- Daily monitoring of inventory status, stock reporting, and warehouse stocktaking.
- Processing of Test SIM card loan to internal staff, follow up on PUK codes, replacements, or any issues.
- Vendor invoices claim and reconciliation, chargeback claim to HQ/R&D liaising with finance and global operation team.
- Management of inventory/historical data analysis, improvement of processes.
- Management of self-audit, internal / HQ audit on inventory/warehouse/expense management.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in scripting desirable (Python, SQL, Excel VBA).
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge or experience using SAP (desirable but not mandatory)
- Very strong attention to detail – accuracy.
- Diligent work ethic, well organise, and solution-focused.
